5:00 Update

Hossa fans, I think we are out of luck. I would look for a secondary winger or a D-man to be signed but, not Hossa...

EDIT 7:20 Yes, Hossa will be waiting one more day so, there is still hope. Also, media members are being put on hold for a press conference with Peter Chiarelli saying, "They are waiting on a player as we speak." Could be Ryder but, who knows?

I 'm hoping Ryder over Naslund.. more upside as he is much younger and has played for Julien already. Better value all around.

yeah thats true but who knows maybe naslund just needs a change of scenery

Just a thought:

If florida is unable to sign Bouwmeester, should the B's throw out an offer sheet at him? He's an incredible talent in an underexposed market. Great Wheels, Good PP guy...

If they can get him for around 5.5 a year, they do lose a few good picks, but still?

Bruins signed Ryder to a multi year deal.
