"Son Of A...

That's gonna leave a mark." Chris Farley said it best whenever he got hit in the face, or what have you, in the famed Tommy Boy. Man, do I feel the same. To be blatantly honest, I enjoyed the entire game up until the last four minutes when I finally realized that the chances of tying the game were grim. Other than that, the game was intense, and there was a lot of solid hockey. I know what you are going to say, {whiney voice} "Butttttttt McKeonnnnn, there weren't any goallllllllsss!" Well new era hockey fan, there are more important things that goals, and as a lover of the overall game of hockey, I don't need goals to enjoy a well played hockey game. I am also a goalie (as you may or may not know) and I absolutely hate 6-5 games.

At any rate, I am quite depressed that the Bruins could not put the puck in the net. It's not like they didn't have the chances either, in fact, they had multiple chances. Unfortunately, Price was up to the task and he keeps on proving me wrong when I say he is not as good as everyone makes him out to be. The real test will be the rest of the series and/or the next round if they get there.

No diving signs did not work. Enough said.

The Bruins have their work cut out for them in Montreal on Thursday when they take on the Canadiens and the fans at the Bell Center (-er not -re).

It's not over until the fat lady sings but, she's warming her lungs up backstage. Hopefully the Bruins can buy her a nice buffet dinner to keep her at bay until game 7. Time will tell...

i dont think this series is over yet. The Bs have lots of hockey left in them. Iwill say this as well, I have loved every minute of the last three games, intense hard hitting hockey. Watch how many times the habs bail on the puck ha ha

i dont like 6-5 games either but i would like to see us score at least one goal to tie the freaking game. they had plenty of oddman chances and powerplays again last night and still no offense. honestly it isnt that Price is good its the Bruins are shanking shots and taking nothing but long shots from the point. get in front of the damn net and crash. GAWD!!!

Pick pick pick... How can the Habs keep getting away with picks? Granted, the Bs only lost this game because of their inability to finish, but it is getting pretty damned frustrating watching the Habs getting away with non-called interference (pick) and dives. If the Bs do go on to lose this series, I am still relatively satisfied with their effort. They are working their asses of out there. Win game 5 and get back to Boston.

The Bruins do work their butts off but sad to say they do not have a go to guy. They made a complete 360 this year and went beyond what everyone expected even with all the injuries. This off season will determine how far this team will go in the future years, they have a great foundation that needs the Go To Guy sorry Bergeron is good but you need that bonafide clutch scorer that when on the ice can score on any given shot they just don't have that now.
