I'm Back!

Aloha! And Mahalo for your patience in my absence! I just got back to the mainland from Hawaii and goodness gracious, was it ever amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone if you can pull it off. I am not quite home yet but, at least I can finally get on to a computer that doesn't cost 20 cents per minute. I found that to be a horrible concept so, I refused to use it. I will be back to my computer ready for an update some time Thursday.

Mahalo!

Welcome Back.

Hope all the sun didn't wear you out :)

Has anyone heard anything regarding any free agents or trades that the Bruins might make? How about Hossa?

boston has signed Blake Wheeler an UFA from phoenix. he was the 4th overall pick in 2004 i believe. i think murray is gonna get bought out. everything big right now is about pittsburgh. the rumor is malkin(NY sofar) and malone(columbus sofar) are gone if hossa signs. but boston and montreal want hossa still supposedly. also we have to wait and see what vinny decides in tampa cause that one could be a huge deal for someone too. itll be a great next two weeks. dont forget the draft is this weekend too.

I say screw the big $$ free agents and go for Malone and Campbell (if affordable). This team would be a true contender if so.

i really cant believe pit is willing to give up malkin in place of hossa...really throwing away a 21 future all star/mvp candidate for a 30 something winger who has never been consistent in his career...wow is all i have to say...thats almost a MOC deal if something happens like that

thing is if they trade malkin they would get alot back from some team that they gave away by trading for hossa last year for his rental service. i know wed all love to see malkin in a b's jersey but we all know that would never happen. if i had my way id love to see him in washngton. malkin, alex, and semin OMG sick haha. i know alot of us dont like eklund at hockeybuzz.com but this news has been all over the place the last few weeks so its not only him sitting around making crap up.

yeah i know ive been reading it over there for a while now...usually his rumors are bogus but the fact this ones been there for a while must mean somethings up...only way id like to see him in a b's jersey would be if he signed here as an FA...the way he disappeared in the playoffs kinda makes me wonder if thats why pit is willing to let him go

I read on the 4th period that Hossa's agent has denied the reports that the Pens have offered Hossa a contract. I think they realize that they have a much better player in Malkin, and he is worth keeping. I still don't think I want to see Hossa in a B's jersey.

I don't understand why people are so impressed by Hossa - 7 mil a season - forget him - He has been around the league for a while and I don't see him name on many trophy's. That kind of money can go to much better use - Malone, Campbell,Liles; I would not mind to see Stuart back or Brian Rolston - Hossa is a overpaid looser
