Kessel Tips His Hat To Slovenia


Phil Kessel netted a hat trick while Tim Thomas delivered another winning performance in a 5-1 victory over Slovenia at the IIHF World Championships. Kessel had three goals while Patrick Kane and David Booth provided the other two goals. Thomas collected 11 saves on 12 shots only giving up a goal to LA King Anze Kopitar. The United States and Canada face-off against each other on Tuesday night.

It's nice to see the bruins players playing well on the USA team. Is there any way of watching these games? I know they most likely aren't on TV, but is there a website that has it?

i think the games are only on TSN but, if you go the IIHF website and pay 6 or 7 bucks you can watch them online. With the playoffs going on still, i don't think it's worth it but, thats just me

Kessel has already proven he can play at that level but the practice is nothing but good. Expectations will be very high for him next season.
